Being in such a dynamic area of the southeast, we know that some houses may have had shutters installed decades ago, and some may have been installed in the last couple of years, but one thing that all shutters will need sooner or later is a little pick-me-up. At American Classic, we offer a Shutter Refreshing service to ensure that your shutters stay maintained and looking great.

When you order this service, we come out and remove the shutters, clean them and paint them if needed, then re-install them into your home. This process is especially beneficial for our customers who first purchased their shutters in our company’s earlier years in the late eighties and early nineties, and have shutters that may need a little sprucing up. This is also beneficial for customers who may not have the proper cleaning supplies for certain materials that the shutters are made out of.

In addition, if you have classic wood shutters from other companies, we offer this service for you as well. At our shop, we have all the paint and cleaning supplies needed to refresh any brand wood shutter. Ideally, you could have this service done every couple of years to ensure that you maintain your shutters throughout the years. Also, while we are there to remove your shutters for refreshing, we would be more than happy to measure any additional windows that you may want to add shutters or coverings to, as well as talk to you about your ideas for any additions or new projects.
